Ben is the Managing Partner at Andreozzi + Foote. Ben’s career is dedicated to representing survivors of child sexual abuse in civil cases. Ben has represented hundreds of abuse survivors across the country in some of the nation’s most high-profile sexual abuse cases. For example, Ben represented many of Jerry Sandusky’s victims, and represents hundreds of Catholic clergy abuse survivors, to name just a few.
Ben is regularly consulted by the media regarding the firm’s work. He has appeared on Today Show, Good Morning America, NBC Nightly News, ABC World News, CBS Evening News, Anderson Cooper, and in the New York Times, USA Today, and many others. Ben also teaches other lawyers how to handle child sexual abuse and crime victim civil cases.
