Benjamin A. Pushner
Benjamin A. Pushner has more than 25 years of experience handling all kinds of personal injury matters in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, and in administrative proceedings ranging from discrimination to lemon law to workers compensation. Ben has tried numerous cases to jury verdicts, on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. He has worked as a staff attorney for an insurance company as well as for a regional plaintiffs' personal injury firm, and has settled hundreds of cases in advance of trial, through negotiation, arbitration and mediation. In addition to representing injury victims, he has defended civil cases on behalf of insurance companies and multi-national corporations, and brings that insight to his advocacy on behalf of personal injury clients. A graduate of Columbia College and Cornell Law School, Ben also receives appointments as an arbitrator and mediator certified pursuant to the Massachusetts Confidentiality Statute and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's Uniform Rules on Dispute Resolution, and pursuant to the court-annexed arbitration program of the Rhode Island Superior Court.
