Ashley Jarrett

Ash Jarrett, Esq. is the founding attorney of Ash Jarrett Law, LLC, a solo law practice serving clients across Ohio (with portability to other UBE jurisdictions upon request) in the fields of estate planning, wills, trusts, business law, intellectual property law, and ability to assist in cybersecurity law, artificial intelligence (AI) law, and family law. With a deep-rooted background in tech and firsthand insight into the complexities of family dynamics, Ash bridges the gap between legal innovation and human-centered advocacy.

Ash holds a B.S. in Cybersecurity & Computer Networks from UMGC, an M.A. in Cybersecurity Law from Regent University, and a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law. Her legal experience includes externships with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and Arnold & Clifford, LLP, as well as work with Cyber Shield and the Ohio Governor's Expedited Pardon Project. She has earned CALI Awards in Torts I, Contracts I, and Family Law, and completed advanced certificates from Harvard University and the Naval War College.
