Arthur Gary Nielsen
Arthur Nielsen has represented both families and businesses, in large and small law firms, for 26 years. His early legal experience was as a corporate attorney at major law firms in New York City, Minneapolis, and Silicon Valley, representing institutional clients with corporate financing and securities transactions. The first four years of Arthur’s legal career were on the legal side of the sort of mortgage-backed securities Michael Lewis describes in his books “Liar’s Poker” and “The Big Short.” He has no regrets about not sticking with it.
As more of a small-town attorney since 2002, Arthur represents families and small businesses on the North Coast of California. He moved to Humboldt County in 2009, and will celebrate his 11th anniversary at the Gale & Nielsen firm in January 2021.
