- Q. My husband has been cheating on me because of me he has a visa I have lots of evidence of it what can I do
- A: Consider an annulment.
- Q. Can my step father change my mothers will now that she has dementia. She wanted separate wills so we would be protected.
- A: If someone does not have capacity to make a will, they cannot make a will. No one else can do it for them at that point.
- Q. i have received a summons for divorce and need legal representation. i have no money so im stuck.
- A: You can contact a legal aid group through the Michigan State Bar. Attorneys Amy also work on a flat fee basis depending on the facts surrounding the divorce. Ignoring a complaint is always a bad idea.
