This experience in litigation provided me with a deep understanding of the essential elements that agreements must contain to endure legal scrutiny and how to protect my clients' rights efficiently. My business background has been instrumental in merging legal advice with business strategies.
As a small business owner myself, I am dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs grow their businesses while minimizing risks and tackling potential legal issues. I founded my own firm with the aim of delivering personalized service to each client.

Why do businesses need insurance and a legal entity?
- Q. How can i transfer or record ownership of an s-corp?
- A: It depends on a number of factors. First, we would need to know what the legal entity is - an LLC or Corporation. An s-Corp is a tax designation. You should consult a business lawyer in your area to make sure any transfer is done correctly.
- Q. Do I need an additional consulting/IP agreement for work done by engineers on Upwork?
- A: I would want my own agreement with a contractor. You want to be sure you own the IP and that the contractor is not using someone else’s work. There are many considerations that need to be looked at with this type of arrangement. Just a brief look at that link, it looks like optional provisions and looks to be governed under Delaware law.

- A: This question cannot be answered without seeing what you signed. You should contact a business attorney to review what you signed and advise you of any obligations you agreed to.
