Amanda L. Biondolino
Sass Law Firm - Representing Employees in Workplace Disputes
Amanda Biondolino is a shareholder in Sass Law Firm and has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law claims, as well as fair housing and public accommodation claims. Amanda’s passion for assisting those whose rights have been violated, along with her legal insight and tenacious demeanor, make her a powerful advocate for anyone experiencing unjust treatment or illegal prejudice.
Prior to joining the Sass Law Firm, Ms. Biondolino spent years defending employers accused of discrimination and other workplace law violations. She also enforced Missouri’s anti-discrimination law, the Missouri Human Rights Act, as a Human Rights Attorney for the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. Amanda’s understanding of the law from all sides sets her apart from other attorneys. Ms. Biondolino has translated this arsenal of experience into a powerful weapon to advance the rights of individuals wronged by their employers, housing providers or the businesses within their own community.
Amanda graduated with honors from Saint Louis University School of Law, in St. Louis, Missouri. She is actively admitted to practice law in Florida. Ms. Biondolino was recently appointed to the Continuing Legal Education Committee by the The Florida Bar for the 2021-2022 term. She is Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Vice President of the Florida Chapter of NELA, and Co-Chair of the Judicial Recognition Committee of the Tampa Bay chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Amanda is frequently asked to speak and write on employment and discrimination issues. Ms. Biondolino “wrote the book” on fair housing law for the Missouri Bar Deskbook – Real Estate Law, 5th Edition, published in 2019, and has written articles for Lawyer magazine. Amanda also made the Ones to Watch list in 2021 & 2022 published by Best Lawyers®, as well as Lawdragon's 500 Leading Plaintiff Employment & Civil Rights Lawyers for 2021.
