- Q. Ok if i violated probation for the 1st time and get locked up how long will i be locked up?
- A: The answer depends on several things: the original offense commited, the terms/conditions of your probation, the circumstances surrounding the violation, your criminal history, etc. If an attorney represented you on the underlying offense, I suggest reaching out to that attorney. If not, I would consider hiring a local attorney or having a public defender appointed to your case. Best of luck!
