- Prior to and during law school, Mr. Rayskin worked in the Opinions and Appeals Division of the law department of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. While attending law school, he also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable David G. Trager of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and Honorable Nicolas G. Garaufis of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Rayskin was an intern in the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. In addition, he served as a research assistant to Professor Roberta Karmel, the former Commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
