  Each Chapter 7 is unique and a one-size-fits-all pricing approach unfairly punishes clients with simple cases and discourages attorneys from doing the extra work more complex cases require. My view is that if your case is simple, I'll explain what makes it simple and why that makes it less expensive. On the other hand, if your case is more complex, I'll explain what makes it complex and why that makes it more expensive. My goal is transparency and for the client to see the value in what I offer.
