I am a business litigator with extensive experience handling complex commercial, employment defense, and real estate disputes. I represent developers, contractors, investors, and business owners in high-stakes matters involving contract breaches, partnership disputes, and insurance coverage issues.
My practice covers all stages of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, trial, and settlement strategy. I have successfully defended and prosecuted claims involving multi-million-dollar exposures, always focusing on achieving results-driven outcomes.
Beyond litigation, I provide guidance on risk management, corporate governance, and real estate transactions, working to resolve disputes and prevent them whenever possible. My background in both law and business allows me to develop strategies that combine effective courtroom advocacy with practical business considerations.
I was born and raised with a passion for the law, which led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. This degree gave me a strong foundation in financial principles related to real estate, mortgages, and investments, paving the way for my legal career. Before becoming an attorney, I worked as a Securities Trader for BMO Harris Bank and served as a judicial law clerk for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) - Enforcement Division. I earned my Juris Doctor in 2009 from the William Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada.
I am admitted to practice in California, Nevada, and Texas, and I am dedicated to thorough preparation, strategic planning, and protecting my clients’ interests both in and out of the courtroom.
