Adam Hurwitz takes pride in serving as an advocate for individuals who have been wrongfully injured and their families. Backed by over 35 years of experience in personal injury law – spending several of which as a senior partner in his own firm and the litigation manager of a highly respected general negligence practice – he concentrates his legal practice in construction accidents, premises accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and civil right violations.

Mr. Hurwitz represents clients before the New York State Courts and the Federal District Courts of New York for the Southern and Eastern Districts. He strives to always provide the personal attention and care individuals deserve when they’re faced with high-profile and catastrophic injury cases.
