While in law school Ms. Richards completed an externship with the Riley County Attorney’s Office. Ms. Richards began practicing in 2012 and has experience handling civil and criminal matters including domestic relations, bankruptcy, criminal defense, appellate practice, real estate, landlord/tenant, personal injury, and collections. Samantha has been licensed since 2000 and has collected well over a million dollars on behalf of clients who have suffered personal injuries.
