Biography

Rebecca D. Martino’s practice focuses primarily on complex construction defect litigation and insurance. Ms. Martino has represented general contractors, developers, property owners, subcontractors and material suppliers in numerous construction matters throughout California. Ms. Martino has also handled various appellate matters and has successfully represented clients in bad faith and insurance coverage actions. Additionally, she has experience handling personal injury, property damage and asbestos litigation claims. She has litigated cases in both state and federal court. Ms. Martino was raised in San Francisco. She attended Notre Dame de Namur University where she graduated summa cum laude in 2000 with a B.S. in Business and Political Science. Ms. Martino earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law. She was a Dean’s List Scholar as an undergraduate student and in law school. Ms. Martino was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. She is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
